This new three-story building was designed to replace an existing, outdated facility that no longer fit the needs of this growing company. Continuum Architects worked with the company’s leadership to evaluate current and future space and programming goals to design a targeted, new facility to address their specific needs. The first floor showcases a feature stairway that connects all three floors, encouraging fitness and impromptu collaboration between coworkers. The first floor also includes a cafe and co-working space that offers remote or visiting employees a range of private and collaborative workspace types. The upper floors provide a mix of open office areas and private offices configured to allow ample natural daylight throughout the space. The collaborative vibe of the building spills out into an outdoor courtyard and plaza which feature additional gathering and seating areas.
