Located in a suburb of Atlanta, GA., this masterplan is an example of where intentional and strategic design can be a tool in fostering a sense of community and enhancing wellness for its residents.

The development is envisioned as an idyllic community that offers a respite from high energy city life. Townhomes, duplexes, and single-family homes are nestled within the steep topography of the site and maintain the natural setting. The existing contours are used as a design feature to add visual interest and a unique character to the neighborhood.

A series of community courtyards are located throughout the site and connected to each other through pedestrian and bike trails. They become focal points around which distinct residential enclaves are organized, allowing residents to have recreational access at their doorstep.
