Expected to be completed early fall, 2023, the 52, 000 square foot addition consolidates Outreach Community Health Center into one location. As a “Certified Well Building” employees and patients will experience improved working environment and enhanced service delivery to clients. OCHC provides high quality health care, behavioral health care, housing and supportive services to men, women, and children from the greater Milwaukee area.
