Outreach Community Health Center (OCHC) was honored by The Daily Reporter as a top project of 2023. Now in its 25th year, The Daily Reporter’s Top Projects honors the top construction projects in Wisconsin.
Nominations were judged on overall impact to the community; challenges/obstacles overcome in building the project; scope/importance of the project; teamwork involved in turning over a successful project; and importance of the project, including any innovative building techniques.
