CONTINUUM ARCHITECTS + PLANNERS PROMOTES THREE NEW PRINCIPALS

Wes Brice as a partner, recognizing his exemplary leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to seamlessly unite all aspects of a project. Wes takes a holistic approach to design, ensuring each project exceeds client expectations while fostering strong relationships with his thoughtful and approachable demeanor.

Committed to improving Continuum’s operational efficiencies and advancing the firm’s technical expertise of building modeling systems, Wes has shared his knowledge and provided mentoring, elevating the firm’s approach to enhanced workflow and streamlined productivity. His dedication to excellence and ability to deliver seamless, client-centered solutions make him an invaluable addition to Continuum’s leadership team.

With experience in healthcare, office, multi-family, historic preservation, and highly technical projects, his expertise has been instrumental in shaping award-winning works such as the Outreach Community Health Center and Community Within the Corridor and he is currently the project architect for the Milwaukee County Forensic Science and Protective Medicine Facility.

Courtney Ragon is a thoughtful, talented degreed architect who is in charge of the firm’s interior design department. By integrating her understanding of the latest design trends with sustainable advancements, she balances aesthetics with long-term durability and creative vision creating superior interior environments.

With a strong focus on historic preservation, she has successfully nominated buildings to the National Register of Historic Places and worked on a number of Historic Tax Credit projects, helping to position Continuum as an expert in this specialized niche.

With a deep understanding of architectural projects and their interconnective elements, Courtney has developed intricate, detailed systems that seamlessly integrate into Continuum’s projects strengthening the firm’s reputation for innovation and precision.

Through her mastery of building modeling systems, Courtney has developed highly detailed housing prototypes that adhere to the stringent requirements of WHEDA as well as state, city, and federal codes, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of compliance and functionality.

Her award-winning projects, including the Outreach Community Health Center, Community Within the Corridor, and Ronald McDonald Charities, exemplify her ability to deliver impactful, client-centered solutions. Currently, she is bringing her talents to projects such as: Bucyrus Campus Redevelopment, Vliet Historic Hotel, and Milwaukee County Secure Residential Care center for Children, furthering Continuum’s mission of combining innovation with timeless design. Courtney’s advancement to partner celebrates her dedication to excellence and her pivotal role in shaping the firm’s future.

Coltyn Sprinkman stands out for his dedication to excellence, inspiring leadership, and ability to connect with clients across diverse markets. As a talented designer and project architect, Coltyn’s work is defined by his hands-on approach, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects from design conception to project completion.

He has extensive leadership experience gained through years of military service as an engineer officer, rising to the rank of captain. In this role, he managed the design, construction, maintenance, and repairs of military installation infrastructures, honing his adaptability and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments. This experience has prepared him to excel in the fast-paced world of design and architecture. His unique blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional team coordination, and decision-making has helped guide project teams to deliver exceptional results.

Coltyn served as the design architect for the award-winning UW-Platteville Boebel Hall project, leading the design and architectural vision before transitioning the project to a colleague due to military duty. Another award winning project is the Gamber Johnson Headquarters. He has also led transformative state and workplace renovations, including the UW-Madison Facilities Planning and Management building and the MATC Business + IT Office. Currently, Coltyn is the project architect for the highly anticipated Wisconsin History Center. His promotion reflects his commitment to advancing Continuum’s mission of intelligent optimism and delivering innovative design solutions that enrich communities.
