Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer-Full Time

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Work with Director of Marketing and Firm Partners to elevate the Continuum Brand within Strategic Markets through the following

  • Assist with graphics and responses for proposals including coordination of outside consultants, resumes, project approach, project descriptions along with other necessary marketing collateral including brochures, project data sheets, etc.
  • Manage Digital Marketing – Maintain and Update– Website (WordPress), LinkedIn, Instagram, including content, graphics, and distribution
  • Assist with Award submittals, public relations, and digital marketing including content, graphics and distribution
  • Maintain client contact database (using Deltek)
  • Assist with special projects and events
Necessary Skills:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Graphic Design Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of AEC industry terminology and procedures (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of marketing databases
  • Experience coordinating proposals and related marketing materials (preferred)
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and assignments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Architecture, or similar degree (or a commensurate level of skills)
  • High level of Graphic Design Skills
  • Advanced InDesign experience and Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Minimum 2 years of AEC Industry marketing experience (B2B experience) Preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
