The Hmong American Peace Academy (HAPA) celebrated the construction of their 99,000 sq. ft. school addition. The project broke ground started earlier this year on the 38-classroom building which will serve as a high school, attached to the former Samuel Morse Middle School that HAPA has long occupied. The new building will contain a 16,000-square-foot gymnasium, multipurpose rooms and a Hmong heritage museum.
