The UW-Milwaukee Engineering, Math, and Science program celebrated the grand opening of an extensive lab renovation at the end of 2023. The 25,000-square-foot lab space includes new open laboratories, lab sinks and casework, fume hoods, air and gas services, branch electrical power and telecommunication services, and architectural finishes.

Located on Capitol Square, Wisconsin’s newest cultural resource, the 113,000 SF History Center is a center for inspiration and exploration where people and communities come to connect, across time, throughout our shared American experiences.  

This development is one of the first in its location with Green Bay’s suburbs finally demanding new housing that meets a higher standard for multi-family living. The 13-acre site adjacent to the Fox river includes 160 units, twenty-eight duplexes, and sixteen town homes.  Expected completed fall of 2023.

This five-story, 79-unit building on Water Street, known as EIGHTEEN87, is a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units with over half of the units set aside for those making less than 60% of the area’s median income and for people and families with disabilities. Expected completion Fall 2023.
