The 310W is an iconic post-modern office building that is undergoing a drastic transformation. Through a series of targeted projects, Continuum has been working to help rebrand and reimagine the public spaces, atrium, amenities facilities, and tenant improvements.
The new improvements will include a revamped outdoor plaza, and a new cafe and WI-FI lounge that take advantage of the building’s 14-story interior atrium. A new co-working space is located on the second floor and access to a new workout facility responds to current workplace trends. The improvements to the building also explore ways to improve the building’s lobby spaces, public entrances from the street, parking garage, and connections via a skywalk. All of these spaces will be enhanced to provide a more vibrant and inviting atmosphere for tenants and clients. Continuum completed a model tenant suite to help the building owner attract new tenants. The model suite features an open and bright reception area, flexible workstations, a combination of larger conference rooms and smaller huddle rooms for small group meetings, and kitchen with cafe tables.
The 310W co-working space responds to current workplace trends by giving tenants alternative workspaces that are adaptable to a range of personal workstyles. The space includes private offices, collaborative small group workspaces, and larger conference rooms for corporate meetings and events. The common spaces were designed to include whimsical elements that encourage professional networking and socialization.
