Community within the Corridor-East Block / Milwaukee, WI

Community within the Corridor’s East Block is composed of 130 Affordable Housing units, a community recreation center, and a business accelerator incubator. This development was repurposed from industrial powerhouses, Briggs & Stratton, Westinghouse Lamp, and Romadka Brothers. Featuring elements from these industrial giants, like the Romadka safe which is prominently displayed in the south entrance lobby, Continuum Architects + Planners is here to preserve the past while elevating the future with beautiful spaces we can call home.
