Building off the success of the 2018 renovation of the Public Health-Madison & Dane County office space in the Madison City-County Building, Continuum was selected to lead renovations on the 1st, 4th, and 5th floors, including the City Assessor, Treasurer, Office of Independent Monitor (OIM), Common Council, and other shared spaces.
One primary objective to this tenant improvement was to ensure separation between city employees and the public. This was achieved through the use of protective glass partitions, enhanced security systems, separate employee circulation, and more. This space planning not only protects employees but ensures that citizens’ sensitive information is protected as well.
These spaces were designed with flexibility in mind as department personal changes and hybrid working environments become the norm.
