National Avenue in Milwaukee’s Silver City neighborhood has always been home to a plethora of mixed-use buildings, many now in disrepair. The renovation of this long vacated and dilapidated building brings a breath of fresh air to the area – along with the neighborhood’s first breakfast and lunch restaurant for the community.

Orenda Cafe occupies the renovated first floor, which features a bright new facade and ample storefront glass to help active the streetside of the neighborhood.

Continuum also renovated the second floor two-bedroom apartment with modern amenities such as forced air heating and cooling, an open living space, and floating kitchen island.
