Pioneer Island/ Oshkosh, WI

Pioneer Island is a 12-acre site on Lake Winnebago in Oshkosh. The site is located in a federally designated Opportunity Zone and is a prime area for a waterfront sports and entertainment district. Continuum Architects developed a mixed-use masterplan that will include hotel, coworking space, event space, outdoor, amphitheater and a marina. A variety of public recreational spaces and sport activities are provided for public use. The vision is to become a destination for regional residents and a major gateway to the city of Oshkosh, revitalizing the surrounding Sawdust District in the process.
